Exactly two years after putting it up, we tore our wall-mounted headboard down. Wall by wall things are coming down. Room by room things are being sorted in to piles - keep, sell, donate. It's more emotional than I thought it would be - we worked so hard to make this house our home. Fortunately there's plenty to be excited about, and the excitement does a good job of beating out the sad parts.
Speaking of excitement... while getting crickets for Poco, I discovered that dog sweaters were on sale. For $5 I HAD to get one and he's painfully adorable in it. Best purchase ever.
Another weekend highlight involved the bet Steve and Ashley made on the SF/NY game. SF lost, so Steve got to wear this sign to Sunday dinner. Inspiration for the bet came from this ESPN commercial.
